CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. By placing an order on this website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
  3. Shipping fees for the purchased products are to be paid by the buyers.
  4. Each product purchased is delivered to the buyer or the person/organization at the specified address within 30 days, without exceeding the legal time frame. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
  5. If the delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount paid must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
  6. If the buyer fails to make the payment or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
  7. If it is determined after delivery that the buyer’s credit card was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the product amount to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost covered by the seller.
  8. In cases of force majeure, where the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen circumstances, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the impediment is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days.
  9. Before accepting the product/service under the contract, the buyer must inspect it and refuse delivery if it is damaged, torn, stained, or otherwise defective. After acceptance, the buyer must preserve the product/service. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
  10. From the date of delivery to the buyer or the person/organization specified at the address, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by notifying the seller via the contact information below.

NOTE: The shipping cost for return and exchange requests is the responsibility of the customer.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The returned product must not have its tags removed or hygiene seals broken and must be sent back with its original packaging, box, and transparent protective bag as received.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
  • If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, inspect it in the presence of the courier and document the damage with a report.

NOTE: Products with no damage report will not be accepted for return.

  • The product must be returned with its invoice. Products that have lost their resalable condition or cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted, and the cost will not be refunded.
  • The payment for approved returns will be refunded to you as quickly as possible.
